Key Responsibilities:The incumbent will maintain daily accounting records in Tally, ensuring accurate and timely booking of income, expenses, and purchases. Tasks include performing daily accounting entries in Tally including expense booking, income booking, purchase booking, and maintaining accurate classification of ledger heads to ensure error-free data entry.Conduct periodic reconciliation of income, expenses, bank statements, vendor and customer balances, and GST reconciliation.Ensure timely collection and verification of bills/invoices from relevant departments.Prepare statutory returns, including monthly GST return (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and quarterly TDS return.Assist in handling GST and TDS queries and maintain working papers.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure 100% compliance.Maintain systematic and well-organised physical and digital documentation of all accounting records.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve document-related and accounts-related discrepancies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification.1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST & TDS).Strong attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.Ability to maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines.Benefits: This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.
