Peoplesoft Technical ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peoplesoft technical professional to fill this key role. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for working closely with business partners and developers to gather requirements and analyze technical designs.Gathering requirements and analyzing technical designs is crucial in this position as it directly impacts the success of our projects.The ideal candidate should be able to participate in feasibility studies, project tracking, and highlight risks and dependencies effectively.This role involves developing technical designs to enhance Peoplesoft applications as per business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects in HR Automations, Benefits, and Payroll Experience enhancements.In addition to developing technical designs, the candidate should also be able to study existing HR and Payroll customizations and resolve technical issues in MSS, Benefits, and NA Payroll.A key aspect of this role is providing technical information, support, and training to internal customers to assist them in performing and improving daily work processes.Key Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Peoplesoft Technical (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface, Peoplesoft Security).Similar experience in Peoplesoft HR Technical (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits) is necessary.The ideal candidate should be proficient in writing complex Oracle SQL queries for data analysis.Demonstrated ability to write database reports and customize Peoplesoft delivered SQR reports is essential.Prior experience working on Implementation/Upgrade projects is mandatory.The candidate should be willing to learn AWS cloud EC2/RDS implementations.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders are necessary.
