Drive innovation in AI engineering with a senior role that requires expertise in Large Language Models, RAG systems, and Computer Vision.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines for accurate and contextual answers.Integrate, manage, and fine-tune commercial and open-source LLMs like OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek for use in chat interfaces and AI-powered applications.Optimize embedding strategies and manage vector databases for high performance and low latency similarity search.Develop and enhance Optical Character Recognition and document layout analysis solutions to process complex file types for RAG and embeddings.Implement Computer Vision models to extract intelligence from image and video files.Evaluate and make strategic decisions on model usage, fine-tuning, or custom model development for client requirements.Lead custom training and fine-tuning of machine learning models and pre-trained models for specific tasks.Establish best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable deployment of AI components on major cloud platforms.Requirements:Deep expertise in Large Language Models, RAG systems, and Computer Vision.Experience with integrating and managing commercial and open-source LLMs.Strong understanding of embedding strategies and vector databases.Proficiency in Optical Character Recognition and document layout analysis solutions.Knowledge of Computer Vision and its applications.Ability to evaluate and make strategic decisions on model usage.Leadership skills for team management and collaboration.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.
