Job SummaryThe Role of a Test Automation Engineering Manager involves leading the development and implementation of quality engineering practices to optimize enterprise processes. This includes designing test data management practices, overseeing the development of tools to support test infrastructure, and collaborating with engineering teams to create scalable, high-performance testing solutions.Key Responsibilities include:Designing and implementing quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions.Guiding the team in developing and maintaining test frameworks to ensure efficient testing across the enterprise while aligning with quality objectives.Establishing and enforcing testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices across the SDLC.Managing the team in resolving complex problems, performance bottlenecks, and quality issues to enhance software efficiency and robustness.Leading the design and maintenance of tools for managing test data across environments.Ensuring integration of testing tools into the CI/CD pipeline, supporting automated testing throughout the build and deployment process.Managing the development of automated test environments and data solutions for system reliability and predictability.Acting as a technical leader and advisor across quality engineering, product, and business teams.Promoting best practices in quality engineering, test automation, data management, and infrastructure.As a key member of the quality engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of quality engineering practices, improving the overall quality of software products, and enabling the organization to deliver high-quality software efficiently and effectively.
