Mobile Device Management SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to design, implement and support enterprise mobile and endpoint device strategies using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.This role involves administering and maintaining Microsoft Intune and SCCM infrastructure for endpoint and mobile device management. You will be responsible for configuring device compliance policies, conditional access and application protection policies in Intune as well as automating software deployments, patching and OS imaging via SCCM.As a Mobile Device Management Specialist, you will perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for device enrollment, connectivity and performance issues while monitoring device health, compliance status and security configurations across various platforms.You will collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align endpoint policies with company standards and document all operational procedures, runbooks and deployment workflows.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM and endpoint management practices as well as strong grasp of Windows 10/11, Android/iOS management and device provisioning.Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM (ConfigMgr) and endpoint management practices.Strong grasp of Windows 10/11, Android/iOS management and device provisioning.PowerShell scripting and automation experience.Understanding of Azure AD, conditional access and security baselines.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.Proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
