Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

The World Bank Group is seeking a skilled consultant to provide strategic and technical advisory support to its clients in the areas of digital transformation, digital micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) banking, and digital affordable housing finance.This role requires strong expertise in defining, designing, and implementing digital solutions, such as MSMEs banking solutions and/or affordable housing solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of work experience in Digital Financial Service within the financial sector, including consulting and banking, preferably in India.Key qualifications include advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business acumen, to identify key issues and deliver innovative and practical solutions. Additionally, the ability to communicate well in English and respond rapidly and flexibly to client needs is essential.The consultant will be expected to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
