Job TitleAttract, Engage and Convert with our Demand Generation RoleWe seek a skilled Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to spearhead user acquisition for our products.As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for driving users from awareness to paid conversion across multiple channels.This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand generation, particularly in paid social media advertising.A strong understanding of customer behavior and purchasing decisions is essential, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.Our goal is to scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency, ensuring a swift return on investment.Key Responsibilities:Paid Acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google)Manage campaigns targeting specific ICP segments: D2C/ecommerce brands, consumer brand marketers, agencies, and platform operators.Create ICP-specific messaging to drive results.Build campaigns for each freemium entry point and test ad creative, audiences, landing pages to optimize performance.Track and report on metrics such as CPL, CAC by ICP segment, freemium signups by product, and conversion rates by channel.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.4+ years of experience in demand generation, with a focus on paid social media.Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention.Strong understanding of customer behavior and purchasing decisions.Excellent communication and project management skills.
