Lead Statistical Programmer RoleAs a lead statistical programmer, you will be responsible for leading programming activities for multiple studies and projects. You will work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality programming solutions.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain documentation following programming standards and processes.Create CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.Oversee the development of SAS programs for data creation and reporting.Work closely with stakeholders and external functional service providers to ensure all programming deliverables are delivered in a timely manner with high quality.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science or related field.7-8+ years of programming experience in processing clinical trial data in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO or healthcare industry.Strong SAS programming skills in a clinical data environment with excellent analytical skills.Good knowledge of other programming languages such as R, Python etc.Ability to work independently and on global interdisciplinary teams.Skills Required:Proficient in SAS programming language.Familiarity with CDISC standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
