We are seeking a Senior Content Editor to lead our content team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of content writers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content. The role requires strong editing skills, attention to detail, and experience in mentoring and managing a content team. As a senior-level position, leadership, strategic thinking, and understanding of content standards are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and manage a team of content writers to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, style, accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Develop and execute content strategies in collaboration with marketing and editorial teams.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to writers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and meets project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices to ensure content optimization for search engines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Salary Package:

  • Up to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in content writing, editing, or similar roles.
  • Previous experience in managing a team is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of content strategies, SEO, and digital content trends.

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools.
