You will provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the service now development team members.You'll support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow architecture to ensure success of the project; your design will set the standard for future development.What You Will Need:Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Security Operations, and Creator Workflows (AppEngine, UI Builder, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer).Experience leading technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions for multiple clients/projects.
