Job Opportunity:Seeking a highly skilled software developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) platform.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable and high-performance solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement software solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.Develop backend components, including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems.Customize UI elements using Sterling Web UI Framework, JSP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.Maintain and enhance existing OMS functionalities and integrations.Required Skills:Hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (implementation, customization, and support).Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.Experience in UI customization using Sterling Web UI, Dojo, JSP, or JavaScript frameworks.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with Microservices and integration platforms (ESB, MQ, API Gateways).Nice to Have:Experience with Sterling Call Center or Store UI.Knowledge of cloud-based OMS deployments (IBM SaaS, AWS, Azure).
