Education:BE/B.Tech

Mode of work:Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Custom layout design for DDR IO developmentUnderstand design requirements and work closely with the designteam and successfully deliver Analog layouts.

Perform physical verifications likeDRC/LVS/Reliability and fixing violations

Lead custom layout efforts for DDR IOdevelopment Understand design requirements and work closely withthe design team and successfully deliver Analoglayouts.

Would be requiredto lead/mentor a small team of engineers towards a successful IPdelivery.

Perform physicalverifications like DRC/LVS/Reliability and fixingviolations

Requirements

Hands on layout experience in various analog IPlike Opamps Bandgaps Dataconverters LDO and PLLetc.

Understanding layouteffects on the circuit such as speed capacitance power and areaetc.

Knowledge of variousanalog layout techniques like matching shieldingetc.

Good understanding ofDSM technology methodology issues etc.

Having worked on latest technology nodes 28nmand below is desired.

Musthave good communication skills and should be teamplayer.

Scripting andautomation experience is a plus.

Hands on layout experience in various analog IPlike High speed Analog (Serdes) Data converters power managementand PLL etc.

Understandinglayout effects on the circuit such as speed capacitance power andarea etc.

Knowledge ofvarious analog layout techniques floorplan constraints and IPintegration at chip level scenario.

Good understanding of DSM technology methodologyissues etc.

Having worked onlatest technology nodes 28nm and below isdesired.

Must have goodcommunication skills and should be team player.

Scripting and automation experience is aplus.

Good communicationskills documentation and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
