Job OverviewThe Cyber Security Lead is responsible for developing and implementing password policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of identity and access management, with expert knowledge in identity governance and administration.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain password policies, standards, and proceduresLead efforts to identify, analyze, and remediate critical account password issuesDesign, implement, and maintain password management solutionsDevelop and maintain password synchronization processesMonitor password-related security incidents and develop incident response plansRequired Skills and Qualifications:Broad understanding of identity and access managementExpert knowledge in identity governance and administrationExperience with IAM/password management tools such as SailPoint, OKTA, PingFamiliarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automationExperience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, NIST)Strong aptitude to develop and maintain internal and external business relationshipsExcellent consultative skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsIn-depth functional/industry knowledgeKnowledge of information security, network management, operating systems, software development, database systems, and information technology conceptsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership and organizational skillsBenefits:A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS is desired.
