Chief Commercial Officer Role Summary:The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes identifying growth opportunities across modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and alternate channels.Main Responsibilities:Create annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive revenue, volume, and profitability targets nationwide.Promote product penetration, market share, and distribution reach by implementing effective route-to-market strategies.Monitor competitor activities and suggest countermeasures to ensure competitive advantage.Strengthen distributor and channel partner networks across all regions to expand coverage and demand generation.Manage key accounts, national chains, and institutional clients to drive sales growth.Led regional/state sales teams to achieve performance goals and execute business strategies.Conduct regular reviews to monitor regional performance and execution against set objectives.Evaluate adherence to sales processes, credit policies, and operational guidelines to improve sales reporting, analytics, and management information systems (MIS).
