At Sphera, we are committed to creating a safer, more sustainable and productive world.We strive to achieve this vision by enabling companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety and sustainability through our enterprise software and services.Job OverviewThe primary function of this role will be to cost-effectively prepare regulatory-compliant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documents for international customers who outsource this function to our Managed Regulatory Services.Key Responsibilities:Effectively author regulatory compliant SDS/Labels for external customers in various countries.Search reference sources and supplier SDS for required information, reconcile discrepancies, and apply techniques to ensure accuracy.Required Qualifications:University degree in Science or Chemical Engineering with preference for a Master's degree.Knowledge of at least five regulations including REACH, GHS, OSHA, WHMIS, IATA, IMDG, ADR, ADNR, TDG, DOT, ADG, EPA, CEPA, TSCA, FDA, PCPA, CCCR, CPSC, and other relevant country regulations.Work experience from 3 to 5 years, or more, in sciences: Biology/Chemistry applications, Health/Safety/Environmental regulations, and/or toxicology.Experience in product stewardship or regulatory affairs, consulting, and EH&S related software.Strong analytical skills, ability to work on multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional teamwork and communication skills.Sphera is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
