The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Cloud InfrastructureDesign and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS.Ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.Automation & OrchestrationDevelop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.Implement continuous delivery and integration practices.Containerization & MonitoringManage and optimize Docker and EKS/ECS clusters for efficient container orchestration.Implement monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.Security & ComplianceEnforce strict security practices, including identity access management, encryption, and network segmentation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Requirements:6+ years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or SRE.Deep knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, and CloudWatch.Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (EKS/ECS).Strong understanding of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.Benefits:Equity ownership in the company.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Nice to Have:Experience with AI/ML deployment workloads.AWS certifications.Prior startup/founding team experience.Compensation:Equity only at this stage (0.X% – X% based on depth of ownership).Activation post-funding.
