About the Role : You would be an ideal fit if you have hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs, either through professional work or personal projects. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers, providing architectural direction, technical guidance, and reviews while contributing hands-on as an individual contributor (IC). LLM System Development: Design, build, and deploy LLM-based applications leveraging prompt engineering, zero/few-shot classification, and context optimization for production. Model Training & Optimization: Drive training, fine-tuning, and scaling of in-house LLMs/SLMs, including LoRA and PEFT-based fine-tuning approaches for efficient adaptation and deployment. Infrastructure & Pipelines: Architect and manage scalable ML pipelines and Agentic AI Architecture: Develop and manage agent orchestrators, integrating protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol) etc. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with research, product, and platform teams to transition prototypes into robust production systems. Rapid Delivery: Execute quickly and effectively, ensuring timely delivery of production-ready, high-impact AI systems. Requirements : Hands-on & Technical Execution: Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, and vLLM. Hands-on experience with LoRA and PEFT techniques. Familiarity with LLMs, RLHF, and AI agent orchestration. Cloud & Infra: Proficient in AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and queuing systems for large-scale ML training, deployment, and streaming pipelines. Leadership & Strategy: Product Experience: Demonstrated ability to build and ship ML-driven products end-to-end, from concept and experimentation to production. Execution: Strong ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and deliver reliable systems in a high-paced, evolving environment. Leadership: Proven experience leading or mentoring ML engineers or small technical teams.
