AI/ML Solutions EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. The ideal candidate will develop intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services.Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Integrate AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).About the RoleThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. Additionally, experience with cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce would be beneficial. We are looking for someone who can think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and deploying AI/ML models for various use cases, including real-time automation, forecasting, and decision-making. Integrating AI/ML models with Salesforce CRM to enhance its functionality and provide better customer experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions with existing systems.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong programming skills in languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Knowledge of deep learning concepts and techniques. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
