Senior Software Solutions Developer

Job Description:As a seasoned PLM professional, you will be part of our Windchill development team responsible for designing and customizing solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Windchill modules, developing workflows and business rules, integrating with ERP/CAD systems, and troubleshooting performance issues.Key Responsibilities:Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink modules such as Change Management, Document, BOM, and MPMLink.Workflow Development: Develop workflows, lifecycles, and Business Rules Framework (BRF) to extend functionality via REST/OData APIs and Info*Engine.Integration: Integrate Windchill with ERP/CAD systems like Creo, CATIA, and SolidWorks; build custom UI and reporting using JSP, JavaScript, XML.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot performance, access, and data integrity issues.CI/CD and Upgrades: Manage build/release pipelines, CI/CD, and support Windchill upgrades/migrations.Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:3-12 years of experience in Windchill development (PDMLink/ProjectLink) and Java/J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML, SQL.Experience with BRF, REST/OData APIs, Info*Engine, and Windchill integrations.Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product lifecycle processes, and CAD data management.Exposure to Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and Git.Preferred: Experience with Windchill 12.x/13.x upgrades, SaaS deployments, and MPMLink/BOM management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.Hands-on experience in Windchill customization, integration, and support.
