Job Title : Risk & Compliance Business Analysts
Role- Risk Data Analyst
Location- Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
REQUIRED SKILLS-
Any of Credit Risk, Market Risk, AML, KYC, Fraud Risk, GRC, Climate Risk experience as Business Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
▪ Collect and interpret data,
▪ Analyze results using statistical techniques
▪ Report the results back to the relevant members of the business
▪ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
▪ Develop and implement databases, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
▪ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
▪ Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
▪ Define new data collection and analysis processes
▪ Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
▪ Work alongside teams within the unit to establish business needs SKILLS:
▪ Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
▪ Experience in data models and reporting packages (Business Objects etc.)
▪ Technical expertise regarding database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
▪ Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.) or ETL frameworks
▪ Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (SAS
▪ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
▪ Adept at queries, report writing and presenting finding
