Project Coordinator RoleAbout the Job Opportunity:We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and execution within our solar power team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, seamless communication, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:Coordinating daily project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assisting the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintaining and updating project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitating communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Supporting procurement processes by preparing purchase requisitions, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organizing project meetings, preparing minutes of meeting (MOMs), and following up on action items.Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assisting in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Supporting budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing.Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Project Coordination: Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and documentation.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Scheduling & Tracking: Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Procurement Coordination: Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requisitions and coordinating with supply chain teams.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
