Project Management Role:This role involves overseeing the delivery of robotic process automation projects through various phases.Key Responsibilities:Act as primary point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish and track project milestones while coordinating meetings with client stakeholders.Cordinate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access.Develop, review, and submit RPA milestone deliverables, such as PDDs, SDDs, ODI, and BPA releases.Mitigate identified risks to avoid roadblocks during development, testing, or deployment.Provide weekly status updates to clients and program managers.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience.At least 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean).Experience leading similar projects in robotics process automation (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to motivate team members to achieve goals and pursue excellence.Ability to prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Knowledge of OCR technologies is a bonus.Essential Qualities:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
