The team of 50 experts at Blacklisted focuses on creativity, strategic planning, quality outcomes, timely delivery, and seamless client communication.Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute Meta and Google Ads, Digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM,email marketing, social media, and display advertising.● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs).● Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Create, curate, andmanage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.● Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, whichenlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.● Coordinate with design and writing teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.● Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and social media executives. Guide teammembers during project execution, ensuring deadlines are met.● Responsible for client communication to understand their needs and goals. Maintain positiveclient relationships through regular communication and updates.● Develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.● Identify potential issues in campaign execution and work proactively to resolve them.QualificationsSocial Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skillsStrong Communication and Public Relations abilitiesExperience in developing Content StrategyUnderstanding of digital marketing and advertising principlesAbility to analyze data and draw actionable insightsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsRelevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
