We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to drive the growth and maintenance of a robust online presence for our brands. The ideal candidate will excel in thinking outside the box and possess a strategic approach to social media management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Be accountable for all collateral planned and posted on social media.

·         Plan, create, and manage the Content Plan and Calendar in a timely and organized manner.

·         Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.

·         Stay updated on social media trends and feed relevant insights to the creative team.

·         Collaborate with the Copy & Art team to conceptualize engaging content formats.

·         Track and report on post-performance and analytics to the internal team and clients for effective performance evaluation and optimization.

·         Run ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, , and Twitter.

·         Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers across popular platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and etc.

·         Execute daily posting according to the content calendar and planned activities.

·         Manage shoots for the brand as needed.

·         Knowledge and experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) are beneficial.

·         Identify and manage key influencers, and coordinate with them or talent management agencies.

·         Create engaging Instagram stories and feature in reels to create trending content if needed.


Candidate Profile:

·         2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably with prior agency experience.

·         Expertise in major social media platforms, including strategizing, content creation, calendar management, posting, and monthly analytics reporting.

·         Proven experience in running ads on social media platforms.

·         Understanding and experience in ORM and social listening are advantageous.

·         Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and SEO will be a bonus.

·         Strong creative skills with the ability to think from the consumer's perspective. Agile and adaptable to changing trends and demands.

·         Highly organized and attentive to details.

·         Impeccable English proficiency.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
