The role requires a deep understanding of online marketplaces like Experience in Domestic e-comm : Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto , International E-comm : Amazon, eBay , AliExpress ,  Etsy  and  Zalando, Walmart, Mercado, Noon, Zoomia etc Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and visibility across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto , and other marketplaces. Running Paid campaigns to achieve KPI's and performance in terms of sales revenue. Track and analyze sales performance metrics such as: GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) Sell-through Rate Conversion Rate (CVR) Return Rate (%) Buy Box Percentage Fulfillment Rate (FBA/Fulfilled by Seller) Listing and Optimize content (title, keywords, A+ content, images) to boost organic ranking and visibility. Manage and execute marketplace promotions, coupons, and ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.). Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize out-of-stock rates. Track customer feedback and product reviews to improve brand perception and performance. Develop and manage ad creatives, targeting strategies, and daily budgets to meet business objectives. Continuously track and optimize based on performance KPIs such as: ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) CPC (Cost per Click) CPM (Cost per 1000 Impressions) CTR (Click-Through Rate) CVR (Conversion Rate) CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) Impression Share Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign efficiency. Manage remarketing and lookalike audience strategies to enhance repeat purchases and brand engagement. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
