We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a background in textile or fashion. The job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, creating designs, prints, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. Roles and Responsibility

  • Research market trends and materials to create relevant designs.
  • Develop original patterns and textures using hand-drawing and digital tools (e.g., Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
  • Select appropriate fabrics based on design intent, durability, and cost.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for mass production and communicate technical specifications.
  • Adapt designs for various applications, such as clothing, bedding, and upholstery.
  • Prepare detailed design specs, including colorways and pattern repeats.
  • Test and refine designs based on fabric samples to ensure accuracy.
  • Work with product, marketing, and merchandising teams to align designs with brand and market demands.
  • Oversee production to ensure quality and resolve any design issues.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and sustainable practices in textile design.


Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience.

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other designs.

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow up on production

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines


Additional Responsibilities:

While graphic design is the primary focus of this role, as a member of a small team, you will also assist with other tasks related to sampling and merchandising. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential.
