Lead Full Stack Development ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead full stack development, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications.About the Role:Leverage your expertise in Laravel and modern PHP frameworks to lead backend development.Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that meet our clients' needs.Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services to ensure seamless interactions.Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks to provide comprehensive solutions.Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices to enhance our development processes.Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery and successful project outcomes.Evaluate performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation to ensure our solutions meet our high standards.Requirements:5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel.Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify to develop robust e-commerce solutions.Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks to streamline interactions.Proficiency in: PHP, Laravel, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure successful project outcomes.Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
