Job OpportunityPosition OverviewAs a Senior/Junior Software Backend Developer, you will be responsible for further developing and maintaining the C++ based software backend.Develop high-quality software solutions that transform industrial customers' use cases into actionable results.Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of new technologies.Implement logic and connections to external systems via diverse APIs.Continuously optimize software performance.Design and develop well-founded test and development tools for process support.Integrate with update and configuration management tools.RequirementsA degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 6 years (Senior) or 3 years (Junior) experience in designing/implementing server-based applications for enterprise environments.Good understanding of RDBMS databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, and query optimization.Experience in backend development with C++ (or Java) and Microsoft Visual Studio.Understanding of the latest C++ development standards.Good knowledge of algorithms, STL containers, and data structures.Knowledge of REST APIs, handling big data, server architecture, microservices, and highly scalable code.Familiar with Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search engines.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code versioning, testing & debugging tools.Knowledge of product development methodologies and modern software design.Knowledge of other development languages like C# and .NET framework.Prioritize teamwork, team spirit, and high-quality outcomes.What We OfferLearning opportunities and contribution to AI product development.Freedom, flexibility, and ownership in development.Hybrid working style, Munich office, and home-office available.Work alongside experienced researchers and product developers.Competitive salary package and participation in company growth via ESOP programs.
