Salesforce Commerce Cloud BA

Responsibilities:* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams.* Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and functional specifications for the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform.* Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, its capabilities, and limitations.* Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with platform best practices.* Configure and customize the Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager to support business requirements.* Create and maintain process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.* Participate in testing efforts, including developing test plans and test cases, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.* Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.* Identify and analyze potential risks and issues and propose solutions.* Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce B2C Commerce features and industry trends.* Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce B2C Commerce functionalities.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce processes and systems.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.* 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.* Proven experience working with the Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) platform.* Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, customer journeys, and online retail operations.* Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager and its various modules (e.g., catalog, promotions, pricing, content management, ordering).* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.* Familiarity with integration concepts and experience working with integrated systems is a plus.Preferred Skills:* Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).* Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).* Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies.* Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce.* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
