As a Listing Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in our Inspiration Gallery Project, helping bring interior design ideas to life for architects, designers, and homeowners. You will work at the intersection of design, data, and content, ensuring every curated image is tagged, described, and optimized to showcase the right Material Depot products. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data operations, content optimization, and design curation in the interior materials industry.


Responsibilities:


Product Tagging

  • Identify and tag Material Depot products (tiles, laminates, wall panels, wallpapers, wooden flooring, etc.) in interior design images.
  • Ensure accuracy by applying store-based product filters and matching real textures, finishes, and sizes.

Data Cleaning & Organization

  • Clean, structure, and maintain product metadata and imagery for consistency.
  • Organize product libraries and ensure accurate linking between products and design inspirations.

Content Writing (SEO-Focused)

  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly titles & descriptions for each design image.
  • Optimize content with relevant keywords, material details, and style descriptors to improve searchability.

Image Sourcing

  • Research and source high-quality interior design images from web, social platforms, and approved sources.
  • Curate inspiration images across kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces.


Who Can Apply (Eligibility):


  • Must be from an Interior Design or Architecture background (students/fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials – tiles, laminates, wall panels, wallpapers, plywood, quartz, veneers, wooden flooring, etc.
  • A keen eye for design details, finishes, and textures.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics and digital content optimization is a plus.
  • Comfortable with data cleaning, scraping, and organizing product information.
  • Enthusiastic about interiors and design inspiration trends.
