A talented Cloud Architect is needed to lead the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable, and secure solutions.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application modernization, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise-scale architecture.This role involves developing a strategic roadmap for modernization, designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, and leading technical teams to deliver high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:Lead the modernization of legacy applications into microservices, event-driven, API-first, and cloud-native architectures.Develop modernization roadmaps, architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and transformation strategies.Evaluate technology landscapes and recommend re-hosting, re-platforming, re-factoring, and re-architecting approaches based on industry best practices.Architect modernization platforms capable of migrating applications across multiple clouds.Design and implement scalable distributed systems using microservices, domain-driven design, CQRS, and multi-tier cloud architectures.Modernize legacy databases and optimize data models for cloud-native storage.Ensure NFR compliance: performance, security, scalability, reliability, and observability.Required Skills and Qualifications:14+ years of SDLC experience across architecture, design, engineering, and deployment.5+ years in an Architect role leading modernization or transformation programs.Strong expertise with .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, SOAP/REST, gRPC, SOA, microservices, DDD, EDA, clean architecture.Strong experience with full-stack development using React or Angular; good understanding of modern web standards including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and best practices for accessibility, security, and browser performance.Solid experience with CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).Database expertise: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle + NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra); Strong ability to analyze schemas, optimize queries, model data for microservices, and evaluating storage strategy to modernize legacy database layers during cloud transformation.Expert in defining and engineering NFRs—performance, reliability, scalability, security, observability, compliance—across cloud and on-premise hybrid environments.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.Ability to lead technical teams and influence architecture direction across the organization.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Benefits:Come work with our dynamic team and make a real difference in the industryBe part of a collaborative environment where your voice matters.Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.Take advantage of our flexible working hours and remote work options.Others:We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
