Patient Data Analyst Job OpportunityA leading global provider of cloud software and data analytics is seeking a skilled Patient Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in patient-level data analysis and be able to develop robust solutions for pharmaceutical clients.Job ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful business delivery.Work closely with project managers to define algorithms, break down problems into executable steps, and run analyses.Deliver high-quality analytics solutions and reports to clients.Contribute to the development of Axtria tools and capabilities as needed.Communicate effectively with onshore and client teams.RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain.Expertise in commercial pharmaceutical analytics, including HCP, payer, and patient analytics.Familiarity with advanced analytics throughout the patient journey, such as line of therapy, switch analysis, source of business, segmentation, persistence & compliance, adherence, and patient identification.Experience working with various patient-level data sources, including APLD, EMR, patient registries, prescription data, and formulary data.Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We OfferAn inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation.A unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a transforming organization.Technical challenges that impact across geographies.Vast opportunities for professional growth and development.Sponsored Tech Talks and Hackathons.Competitive benefit package, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and flexible benefits.
