Role Overview:


As a Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our VMware infrastructure across compute, network, and storage environments. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of our systems, empowering our teams to build secure and scalable digital identity solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Configure, and Maintain VMware Environments: Architect and manage VMware solutions to guarantee high availability, performance, and scalability. Your work will ensure that our digital infrastructure meets current and future business needs.
  • Install, Configure, and Manage VMware Products: Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, vCenter, and other related VMware products like VSAN. You'll ensure these platforms are optimized for performance and reliability, supporting our business-critical applications.
  • Collaborate and Troubleshoot: Partner closely with other members of the Infrastructure and Engineering teams to proactively identify and resolve any issues related to virtualization infrastructure. Your ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively will be key to maintaining a robust and secure infrastructure.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in VMware Solutions: Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and VSAN.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of compute, network, and storage virtualization concepts and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and develop innovative solutions to enhance system performance and security.
