The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions and resolving related issues.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for T24 core business processes, resolving issues and ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.Monitor core business processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during processing.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth core business process execution.Troubleshoot and resolve core business-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized for core business operations.Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.Maintain and update core business procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Ensure all core business processes are completed within designated timeframes, meeting regulatory and internal deadlines.Prepare and submit regular reports on core business operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for core business processes.In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system architecture.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.
