We're seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our cloud contact center transformation initiative for a prominent fintech client.This role requires a solid background in consulting and hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, as well as a proven track record of success in CTI modernization and migration projects.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, routing, queues, and agent setup, as well as experience integrating the platform with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk.Additionally, the successful applicant will have a good grasp of AWS services, such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch, and be proficient in basic scripting using Node.js or Python.The ability to build or enhance IVRs using Amazon Lex and work independently in a client-facing environment is also essential.AWS certification, exposure to legacy CTI systems like Cisco, Avaya, or Genesys, and knowledge of SIP, VoIP, or WebRTC are considered desirable skills.Responsibilities:Lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environmentsWork with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsBuild backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIsIntegrate Amazon Connect with CRM and support systemsSupport user testing, deployment, and documentationTroubleshoot issues and improve existing contact flows
