As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting daily tax research & validation, application testing, understanding IRS processes, scenario building, and collaboration with our colleagues.This role offers an exceptional chance to work on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions tailored for accountants, tax professionals, and small businesses. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive platform for businesses to access essential information and gain a competitive edge.Conduct in-depth research on U.S. federal tax laws, IRS regulations, notices, revenue rulings, and tax court cases.Verify the accuracy and completeness of AI-generated answers.Provide clear explanations, citations, and clarifications for incorrect or incomplete outputs.Test the tax research product with real-world scenarios, queries, forms, and business situations.Identify system errors, gaps in reasoning, or missing information.Collaborate closely with our engineering team to refine workflows, tax logic, and prompt patterns.Review IRS publications (Pub 15, Pub 525, Pub 463, etc.) and ensure product alignment.Analyze changes in tax laws, credits, deductions, and filing requirements.Maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base.Create test cases covering individual taxation, business taxation, sales tax, and tax planning scenarios.
