We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with department heads and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, networking, and building relationships, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends. As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and enhancing our employer brand.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting & Branding: Write clear, compelling job descriptions and ensure postings are aligned with the company’s employer brand and recruitment strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create candidate profiles, and advise on compensation and job market trends.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, and report on recruitment progress.
- Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with the HR and operations teams to streamline the onboarding process.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s values and culture to attract top talent through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a senior or lead recruiter capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., technical, non-technical, senior leadership) and a variety of industries.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Interviewing Skills: Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques, assessing candidate competency, and cultural fit.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Metrics & Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions and optimize the hiring process.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced HR Certifications: SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with HR Analytics: Ability to analyze recruitment trends and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding Experience: Experience creating and executing employer branding strategies that attract high-quality candidates.
