Job Overview:Oro Labs is an agentic procurement orchestration company. The company delivers effortless user experiences so businesses can shorten cycle times, decrease risk through end-to-end process visibility, and remain agile in response to change with a no-code platform purpose-built for procurement.The Contract Lifecycle Manager will oversee end-to-end post-contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment.This includes tracking contract milestones, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing invoice and renewal workflows, and ensuring that obligations under MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms are carried out accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.Oversee renewal workflows and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Provide recurring reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.Requirements and Qualifications:A strong understanding of commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
