>> Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, data analytics, and reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.


>>Work Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


>>Role & Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.


>> Education Qualification

  • MBA in Finance or a related field.
