With a focus on efficiency, resource optimization, and environmental stewardship, SCG offers chemical engineers a platform to drive meaningful impact.About the RoleYou will be responsible for optimizing SCG's manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability as a Chemical Process Engineer.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitor production parameters and maintain process stability.Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.Lead initiatives for efficiency and yield improvement projects.Support trials of new raw materials and process technologies.Standardize and document operating procedures.Contribute to projects focused on reducing energy consumption and waste management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required).0–3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing; new graduates are welcome.Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.Familiarity with process modeling or Lean/Six Sigma is advantageous.
