Talent Management team represents a Center of Excellence within the HR function at BBL. The team is responsible for driving the global talent management strategy that translates into several initiatives.

Role/Job Description
- The role will involves supporting the development of high potential employees, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of High Performing Talent, support design and execution of Talent and Development interventions to strengthen people capability,
- Execution of various Talent Management initiatives to create an impact, raise organizational effectiveness creating a culture of high performance
- Drive program goals and provide program management support which includes defining project plans, managing implementation activities, developing protocols, documentation and communications for project rollout and ongoing management.
- Facilitate in-house / offsite training modules
- Develop Talent dashboards for business reviews to report out on Talent metrics, insights for ongoing/completed projects and provide actionable recommendations for the future in line with business and Talent strategy.
- Evaluate and communicate effectiveness of Training interventions at a reaction, learning and application level to keep stakeholders informed of investment and impact.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Apply knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies, platforms and benchmarks to improve service offerings.
- Build reports and dashboards to give stakeholders visibility into relevant metric, partner with the ELC team to maintain HR databases
- Partner with the internal stake holder, to maintain HR databases audit data, prepare reports, propose business process improvements and automation
- Drive analytics with an agenda of continuous improvement in data quality, data management practices, and standard tools and capabilities.
- Ensure data is accurate and presented it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders
Technical / Functional Skills
- Greater understanding and experience to work closely with all the respective stake holders across levels.
- A passion for delivering great Talent experiences for internal customers
- Solid sense of the overall Talent landscape and familiarity with a variety of service providers
- Support assesses, recommends, creates, and implements Talent development processes, tools, resources, and solutions.
- Facilitate across levels talent and professional development programs for mid to senior levels across the organization.
- Support and deliver Talent development courses and workshops in alignment with the organization’s goals
- Establish, execute, and monitor the rollout of Talent development programs as required
- Support the team and collaborate with internal and external subject matter / content experts, business partners and vendors to create and implement talent solutions to meet BBL leadership capabilities needs
Behavioural / Management / Other Skills
- Excellent communication skills across levels and key stakeholders
- Track record in initiating and executing Talent Management programs that deliver tangible short- and long-term business impact
- Demonstrate ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation as well as ability to operate well within a high performing team
- Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills is required
Background / Experience Required
- Bachelors / Master degree in HR
- 7-9 years of industrial experience
- Talent Analytics, Data Capture, Dashboard, Talent Digital migration, Talent Project management, program management
- This position supports Succession Planning processes across the organization bringing consistency to delivery and helping improve the process through industry best practices and knowledge from a process and automation stand point, enabling the process through technology
