Solutions Designer - Data Flow ExpertThe role of a Solutions Architect is crucial in designing the ecosystem of Mobility DataOps. This position involves defining workflows that power high-quality annotation, training, and delivery operations.Translate client requirements into detailed workflows, schemas, annotation guidelines, and tool configurations.Partner with Training Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure project setup aligns with human performance realities, throughput expectations, and scalable training models.Validate tools, data pipelines, and configuration logic pre-launch to eliminate blockers and ensure operational readiness.Create clear and comprehensive documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, and technical enablement materials.Monitor workflow performance, identify gaps, and propose continuous improvements to optimize quality, efficiency, and scalability.Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of DataOps and Enablement on strategic scaling, new system design, and ecosystem innovation.Key Responsibilities: Translate complex client requirements, define workflows, validate tools, create documentation, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of data flows, tools, and technical specifications.
