Dispute Resolution SpecialistWe are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Dispute Resolution Specialists. As a key member of our disputes resolution team, you will be responsible for investigating customer scenarios and resolving issues in accordance with Mastercard rules and guidelines, as well as Regulation Z compliance.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit card dispute resolution, with at least 5 years of experience working under Mastercard network guidelines. In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Investigate customer scenarios and take action to resolve issues following Mastercard rules and guidelines and Regulation Z complianceProvide subject matter expertise to junior agents on the team, assisting with complex scenarios and questions related to Mastercard processesRequirements:At least 5 years of experience resolving credit card disputes and chargebacks under Mastercard network guidelinesStrong understanding of US Regulation Z complianceExtensive knowledge of Mastercard network guidelines and chargeback procedures, including Mastercard chargeback codes and current guideline updatesBecome an expert in dispute resolution and contribute to a dynamic team that is shaping the future of payment solutions.Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing unparalleled customer service.
