Job Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced professional to fill a Data Scientist position. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced machine learning algorithms, specifically transformer architectures and multimodal AI.The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in model optimization, training dynamics, and applied machine learning. Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and deep expertise in one modality (audio/video/text) is required.The selected individual should be able to design automated evaluation metrics for generative output, deploy ML inference using FastAPI or similar, and possess high adaptability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and fine-tune advanced transformer-based models (LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, RLHF/SFT).Cross-modal expertise — audio, video, text — with depth in at least one.Pursue excellence in lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality.Create automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring.Explore audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment.Stay current on emerging architectures, tools, and scaling strategies.Lead R&D initiatives end-to-end with strong execution and problem-solving.This is a challenging opportunity for an innovative thinker who can drive meaningful results in the field of data science.
