Fashion Sourcing Manager

Detail-Oriented Merchandiser for SportswearThe ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sportswear sourcing, product development, and costing processes.This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify suitable vendors for outsourced sportswear production, build and maintain relationships with mills, trim suppliers, and garment manufacturers, analyze and benchmark costing structures across vendors and regions, lead cost negotiations to achieve target margins without compromising quality or delivery timelines, plan and coordinate the cut-to-pack process, oversee vendor compliance with product specs, trims, and packaging requirements, and work closely with design, technical, QA, and planning teams.Sourcing & Vendor DevelopmentIdentify suitable vendors for outsourced sportswear production.Build and maintain relationships with mills, trim suppliers, and garment manufacturers.Costing & NegotiationAnalyze and benchmark costing structures across vendors and regions.Lead cost negotiations to achieve target margins without compromising quality or delivery timelines.Cut-to-Pack ExecutionPlan and coordinate the cut-to-pack process.Oversee vendor compliance with product specs, trims, and packaging requirements.Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with design, technical, QA, and planning teams.Act as liaison between internal teams and external vendors.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textiles, or related field.4-6 years of experience in merchandising in sportswear or performance apparel.Proven expertise in sourcing, costing, and cut-to-pack processes.
