Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Recruiter to join our team. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the growth, operational excellence, and ability to deliver trusted care. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding exceptional caregiver talent, managing their onboarding, and scheduling them effectively to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include conducting phone screenings and video interviews with caregiver candidates, assessing candidates' communication skills, caregiving experience, professionalism, and culture fit, and ensuring seamless end-to-end hiring workflows from sourcing to selection. Responsibilities also include coordinating onboarding and documentation for newly hired caregivers, ensuring candidates complete required training, background checks, and compliance steps, maintaining accurate caregiver records in internal systems, scheduling caregivers to clients' homes based on client requirements, availability, skill needs, and location, coordinating shift confirmations and follow-ups with caregivers, and communicating with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows. Ideal Candidate: Experience working as a recruiter for a US healthcare company, either directly or through a BPO, is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Ability to understand an American accent is also desirable. A self-starter who gets things done with minimal supervision and strong organizational and multitasking abilities are also key characteristics of the ideal candidate.
