Job OverviewThe ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled technical professional with expertise in data engineering, marketing automation, and customer-facing solutions.The selected individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our solutions.He/she will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, consultants, engagement managers, and product engineers, to deliver high-quality results that meet customer needs and expectations.This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.The successful candidate will also have experience in designing and configuring workflows based on client business needs, building data models that support personalization and omnichannel activation, and setting up ETL pipelines across disparate sources.Additionally, this individual will need to configure Uniphore product features and external data connections (APIs, S3, etc.) and produce detailed technical documentation to ensure seamless project execution.Ultimately, this position is responsible for delivering value-added solutions to customers, proactively identifying and resolving blockers, and serving as a source of feedback for our product team.Key QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:Strong technical skills in data engineering, marketing automation, and customer-facing solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholdersAbility to design and configure workflows, build data models, and set up ETL pipelinesProficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructureStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyEffective documentation and communication skills
