Senior TPM or TPM Manager RoleThe company is seeking a senior-level TPM or TPM Manager to lead large-scale technical programs with strong executive presence.This role focuses on maximising operational efficiency across product modules and strategically controlling core operating costs.Operational Excellence & Bug Resolution:Manage new tickets and bugs that arise during Indian time when the US team is out.Proactively push development and QA teams to ensure all tickets and bugs are assigned, worked on, and closed.Directly own and ensure weekly goals are met for keeping the volume of tickets under control.Work closely with India-based support team and support leadership.Ensure timely updates in Jira and generate necessary status reports.Cost Management & Strategic Vendor Relations:Help manage, track, and report on critical operating costs and provide financial reporting.Manage and follow up with multiple US-based and Europe-based vendors.Analyse cost trends, provide daily cost updates, and tell the data story to leadership.Quickly investigate and pinpoint the issue causing cost fluctuations.Benefits: The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software development, project management, or related field; bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
