Job Title: Digital Advertising SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimise performance advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyse campaign performance.Collaborate with the design team to create ad creatives or use Canva for quick design edits.Write compelling ad copies in English to drive engagement and conversions.Research market trends, audience behaviour, and competitors to refine strategies.Ensure maximum ROI through effective budget management.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta & Google Ads.Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.Proficiency in English for ad copywriting.Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with high-performing ad campaigns.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
