They should also have experience in e-commerce or revenue management and be familiar with digital merchandising strategies.Responsibilities:Category Ownership:Ensure strong visibility and campaign readiness through collaboration with Merchandising and Events teams.Pricing & Promotion Management:Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize competitiveness and margin performance.Conversion & Growth Execution:Own conversion rate improvement across assigned categories through funnel analysis and growth experimentation.Data Analysis:Track daily/weekly category metrics (Revenue, NMPO%, Conversion, Sell-through, Stock aging).Qualifications & Experience:4+ years' experience in e-commerce, revenue management, or category management.Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.Deep understanding of pricing dynamics, margin structures, and digital merchandising.Proven ability to convert insights into executable strategies that drive business outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.What We're Looking For:Customer-first mindset.Ownership & accountability.Analytical excellence.Collaboration & agility.Innovation & experimentation.
